Other people, especially our children, are listening to the words that we say. They pay attention to our choice of words, and there are those who can easily discern what’s coming from our heart.
What’s the condition of our hearts today? Whether it’s heavy or light ‘n easy, let’s not forget to ask God to fill it with His love and His light.
When our hearts are filled with God, what comes out of our mouths will follow suit, regardless of our current situation. Let them be uplifting words–words that genuinely exhort and build up. Words full of joy.
Let us be intentional about choosing uplifting words, spreading the praise and honor of God to those whom He wants us to reach today.
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
