Do you feel as if you’ve hit a wall or lull in your life and you’re just waiting… waiting… waiting? I just wanted to share some encouragement from Scripture today to remind all of us (including myself) that we should keep on sailing. The last thing we want to do is to give up the day before God blessed. So, let’s keep sailing!
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
James 1:2-4 KJV
Application
Don’t put down your sail! Be ready to catch the wind–and while waiting, let’s enjoy the sunset that God has provided in front of us. We wouldn’t want to miss a perfectly good sunset because we became too frustrated while waiting for the wind.
